Should I order before 14:00?

We recommend ordering as early as possible and preferably before 14:00. The cut-off time alone does not guarantee same-day delivery.

Can you deliver to every postcode?

Not necessarily on the same day. Availability depends on the exact address, delivery route and current capacity. Other postcodes may require the next available day.

What happens if same-day is not possible?

We contact you as soon as possible to clarify the next realistic delivery date or a suitable option for the order.
