Returns & Refunds Policy for Romania Orders

This return policy applies to orders delivered in Romania through Northblomst. Northblomst sells fresh flowers, floral arrangements, gift baskets and selected gift items. Because fresh flowers and many floral products are perishable and made to order, normal returns for non-defective products are not accepted.

Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged, incorrect or clearly defective products. Customers must contact Northblomst within 14 days of delivery so the order can be reviewed properly.

Return cost Free for approved claims where a physical return is required.
Exchanges Accepted for approved claims, subject to availability and local delivery capacity.

Customers must contact Northblomst within 14 days of delivery if the product is damaged, incorrect or clearly defective.

To help us review the claim, the customer must provide:

  • the order number
  • the delivery date
  • clear photos of the product received
  • a short description of the issue

Return cost

For approved claims related to damaged, incorrect or clearly defective products, Northblomst covers the return cost where a physical return is required.

In many cases, because flowers are fresh and perishable, a physical return may not be necessary. Northblomst may review the claim using photos and order details.

Refunds and replacements

If the claim is approved, Northblomst may offer one of the following solutions:

  • replacement of the product
  • partial refund
  • full refund
  • store credit
  • exchange where available

Refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 14 days after the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Exchanges

Northblomst accepts exchanges for approved claims where the product was damaged, incorrect or clearly defective, subject to product availability, destination, delivery timing and local florist capacity.

Non-defective products

Because fresh flowers and floral arrangements are perishable and often made specifically for each order, Northblomst does not accept returns for non-defective products.

The following are not normally considered product defects:

  • natural variation in flower colour, size or shape
  • seasonal flower substitutions
  • differences from the inspirational product photo
  • changes caused by heat, cold, incorrect care or delayed collection by the recipient
  • recipient not being available at the delivery address
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Product photos and seasonal variations

Product photos on Northblomst are inspirational. Flowers, colours, wrapping, basket design, vase style and small details may vary depending on season, destination, product availability and local florist capacity.

Northblomst always aims to preserve the selected value, style and feeling of the order.
