Terms and Conditions – Northblomst
These terms apply to purchases made through www.northblomst.dk, including fresh flowers, bouquets, gift baskets, add-ons, subscriptions and selected delivery services in Denmark and selected European countries.

All purchases made through www.northblomst.dk are made with Procarry, CVR no. 41618019, as the legally responsible company behind Northblomst.
2. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order through www.northblomst.dk, the customer accepts these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Information where applicable.
The customer is responsible for reading the product description, delivery information and checkout details before placing an order.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order becomes binding once it has been placed and payment has been approved.
Northblomst reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of technical errors, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, missing product availability, incorrect delivery information, impossible delivery conditions or other circumstances that make it impossible or unreasonable to complete the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the customer will normally receive a refund for the cancelled order or the cancelled part of the order.
4. Products and variations
Northblomst creates and delivers fresh flowers, bouquets, funeral flowers, sympathy flowers, romantic flowers, gift baskets, subscriptions, add-ons and selected gift products prepared after order.
Product images on the webshop are for inspiration and guidance only. Flowers, colours, size, packaging, vase, wrapping and details may vary depending on season, quality, product availability, country, local fulfilment options and the day of preparation.
If a specific flower, colour, material, packaging or product component is not available, Northblomst reserves the right to replace it with a suitable alternative in the same style, quality and value, while preserving the overall expression of the selected product.
Special requests should be added in the order notes, message field or product form when placing the order. We always do our best to follow customer wishes, but we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties, colours, brands, materials or packaging unless confirmed separately by Northblomst in writing.
5. Vases, add-ons and product images
Unless clearly stated in the product description, vases, props, decorations, table settings and background items shown in product images are not included. Vases and add-ons must be purchased separately when available.
Add-ons such as chocolates, cards, vases or gift items may vary depending on stock, country, local availability and supplier availability.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout.
The order will only be processed once payment has been approved. Northblomst reserves the right to change prices, product descriptions, campaigns, product selection and delivery information without prior notice.
Payment processing is handled by secure payment providers. Additional fees, exchange rates or card fees may depend on the customer’s payment provider, bank or card issuer.
7. Delivery in Denmark
Northblomst offers flower and gift delivery in Denmark. Delivery in Denmark costs 69 DKK unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Customers can choose a preferred delivery date when placing an order. Orders placed before 14:00 may be processed for same-day delivery where possible. Same-day delivery is available only in selected areas and depends on capacity, route planning, product availability, local fulfilment and the time the order is placed.
Orders placed after 14:00 will normally be delivered on the next available delivery day, unless another delivery date is selected or agreed separately with Northblomst.
Delivery times may vary depending on area, route, traffic, weather, public holidays, peak demand, operational capacity and local delivery conditions.
8. Delivery in Europe
Northblomst may offer delivery in selected European countries. European delivery is subject to country, city, product type, delivery date, local florist/fulfilment capacity, courier availability, import or local restrictions, and seasonal availability.
Delivery prices outside Denmark may vary and will be shown at checkout where available or confirmed separately by Northblomst. Delivery outside Denmark may require additional time and may not be available for all products, dates or locations.
Same-day delivery outside Denmark is not guaranteed and is only possible where Northblomst confirms availability or where the checkout clearly allows it.
For international orders, the final bouquet or gift may be adapted to local flowers, local product availability and local preparation style, while keeping the same value, style and overall expression as closely as possible.
9. Delivery completion and recipient not home
Delivery is considered completed when the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, handed to the recipient, left safely according to the delivery instructions, left with a neighbour, reception, workplace, hospital, church, chapel, venue or other suitable delivery point.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the flowers or gift may be left safely by the door, with a neighbour, at reception, at the workplace, or according to the delivery instructions provided with the order, where this is considered safe and reasonable.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, valid phone number and any relevant delivery instructions. If the address is incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, or if recipient information is missing or wrong, a new delivery fee may be charged for a new delivery attempt.
10. Right of withdrawal
Under Danish and EU consumer rules, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply in all situations.
Fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements and products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly are perishable products. Products prepared after order, personalised products, products made for a specific recipient, date, event, address, card message or special request may also be exempt from the general right of withdrawal.
Because Northblomst sells fresh flowers, bouquets prepared after order, funeral flowers, event flowers, gift baskets and other perishable or specially prepared products, the customer does not have a general 14-day right of withdrawal on these products once preparation, flower sourcing, packing, assignment to fulfilment or delivery coordination has started.
11. Changes and cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at office@northblomst.dk.
We will always try to help where possible. However, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the bouquet, gift basket or product has already been prepared, packed, sourced, assigned for production, assigned for delivery or sent for delivery.
For same-day delivery, urgent orders, funeral orders, wedding orders, event orders and international orders, changes and cancellations must be requested as early as possible, as preparation and delivery coordination may begin shortly after the order is placed.
12. Complaints
Any complaint regarding a fresh flower product should be made as soon as possible and preferably on the same day as delivery. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, complaints received later than 24 hours after delivery may be rejected if the condition of the product can no longer be fairly assessed.
To help us assess the issue, the customer must:
- Contact us as soon as possible at office@northblomst.dk
- Provide the order number
- Send clear photos of the product, packaging and any damage
- Describe the issue clearly
- Provide delivery date and recipient information if relevant
If a complaint is approved, Northblomst may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation: replacement delivery, partial refund, full refund in special cases, store credit, correction delivery or another suitable solution.
Each complaint is assessed individually based on the order, product, photos, delivery documentation, product type, time since delivery and the condition shown in the evidence provided.
13. Funeral, wedding and event orders
Orders for funeral flowers, wedding flowers, event flowers and business flowers often require special timing, sourcing, planning and preparation.
The customer is responsible for providing all necessary information, including ceremony time, church or chapel name, venue address, delivery date, contact person, department, room number and any special instructions.
For funeral flowers, Northblomst aims to deliver in good time before the ceremony, provided that the correct information has been submitted in time.
Changes or cancellations of funeral, wedding, event or business orders may not be possible if preparation, flower sourcing, staffing, route planning or delivery planning has already started.
14. Office flowers and subscriptions
Office flower subscriptions, recurring flower deliveries and business flower arrangements may be subject to separate agreement, frequency, delivery setup and invoicing terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscription changes, pauses or cancellations must be requested in reasonable time before the next planned preparation or delivery.
15. Age-restricted products
Some gift baskets or gift products may contain alcohol or other age-restricted products. In such cases, the buyer and recipient must meet the legal age requirement, normally 18 years or older.
Northblomst or its delivery partners may require valid ID at delivery. If age cannot be verified, the age-restricted product cannot be handed over, and the order may not be eligible for a full refund.
16. Force majeure and circumstances outside our control
Northblomst and Procarry cannot be held responsible for delays, failed delivery or other issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, accidents, illness, strikes, technical issues, payment provider errors, supplier failure, peak demand, inaccessible buildings, incorrect delivery information, public restrictions, local disruptions or force majeure.
17. Limitation of liability
Northblomst and Procarry cannot be held liable for indirect losses, operating losses, consequential damages, emotional damages, lost profits, lost opportunities or other financial losses related to the use of the webshop, delayed delivery, failed delivery or purchases made through Northblomst.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Northblomst and Procarry can under no circumstances exceed the value of the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
18. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Personal data is used to process orders, handle payments, coordinate delivery, provide customer service, prevent fraud, document delivery and fulfil legal obligations.

19. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact Northblomst first so we can try to find a fair solution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may have access to relevant consumer complaint bodies or authorities according to applicable law. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued, so complaints should be handled through the relevant national consumer complaint channels.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer’s country of residence provide stronger protection that cannot be legally waived.
Any dispute between the customer and Procarry/Northblomst shall be settled by the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give the customer the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
