How Northblomst delivers flowers and gifts
When you order from Northblomst, you choose the product, delivery date, address and any special requests. We prepare the flowers with care and arrange delivery in Denmark and selected European countries.
The delivery price is always shown at checkout before payment. No hidden delivery fees.

From order to delivery
What happens after you place an order?
We keep the process simple: you order online, we review the order, prepare the flowers and deliver on the selected date.We receive your order
Once the order is placed, we receive the product, recipient address, delivery date, card message and any checkout notes.
We start preparing
We prepare the order based on occasion, budget, season, colours and availability. If you added wishes in the note, we try to adapt.
We arrange delivery
Delivery is handled through Northblomst’s own setup or approved fulfilment partners working under Northblomst standards.
We deliver on the arranged date
Flowers and gifts are normally delivered between 08:00 and 20:00, unless something else is arranged directly with us.
Same-day delivery
Same-day in selected areas
Same-day delivery is only available in selected local areas in Denmark or by direct agreement with Northblomst through message. If you need urgent same-day delivery, we recommend messaging us first so we can confirm the option.Rest of Denmark & Europe
Usually the next available delivery day
For areas outside local same-day delivery, delivery is normally planned for the next available delivery day. In many cases this means: order today, delivery tomorrow. This depends on destination, product, date and local availability.Price & checkout

Delivery questions before ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose a product, add it to cart, enter the recipient address, preferred delivery date and your personal message. Special requests can be written in the checkout note.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is only possible in selected local areas in Denmark or by direct agreement with us. Message us first if you need urgent same-day delivery.
Do you deliver across Denmark?
Yes, we help with delivery across Denmark. In local areas, same-day may be possible. In other areas, delivery is normally planned for the next available delivery day.
Do you deliver in Europe?
Yes, we help with delivery in selected European countries. Delivery depends on country, city, date, product and local availability. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery price is shown at checkout before payment. There are no hidden delivery fees afterwards.
Will I receive a delivery photo?
Where possible, we document delivery with a photo — especially for deliveries in Denmark. In Europe we also try, but we cannot guarantee a photo on every order.
Will the flowers look exactly like the image?
Images are inspirational. Flower varieties, colours and packaging may vary by season, country and availability, but we keep the same value, style and expression.
